About me


Hello! My name is Daniel Ho and I am a project manager and engineer with experience in the automotive and rubber moulding industries. During my career, I have project managed the development of the world’s first certified drive-by-wire vehicle, designed and validated electrical harnesses for premium cars, and led technical projects delivering rubber moulded products to clients.

I have worked in both startup and large-scale OEM environments, and engaged with colleagues, customers and suppliers across all levels of business. The skills and experience that I have developed throughout my career are all transferable, and I will use these to assist you and your business as a virtual assistant. I’m technically savvy and am confident that I will be able to quickly pick up any software that you want me to use, if I haven’t used them already!

Let me give you a brief overview below as to why I’m confident in offering the services I offer.

I am PRINCE2 Practitioner certified and have been responsible in defining project scopes, translating concepts into deliverables, creating timing plans, budgets and schedules, running risk and change management, and leading cross-functional teams in delivering exciting projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.

A key part of any business is how information is stored, shared and created. I’ve definitely had my share in using Office software, and have created countless spreadsheets and presentations. I’ve implemented new processes, including creating manuals and templates to support users. I’ve also created and maintained data within Enterprise Resource Planning software to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Having worked in critical safety systems, testing, and general reporting, I know the importance of accuracy in what is written down. I have plenty of experience in checking reports and presentations for errors, and frequently spot tiny things that are easily missed. I’m also an avid reader, and have found errors in published books that ruin the immersion!

I have picked up admin skills throughout my career and personal life. Just by doing things like managing my working day, organising my inbox and calendars, researching shopping and holidays, and planning the logistics of my life, it all adds up. You can be assured that if you need me to help with your admin, you will be able to just breathe, relax and get on with doing whatever else you need to do.
